About the Role

We are currently looking for a strategic Plant HR Business Partner to drive operational excellence at our plant facility.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted strategic partner to Plant Management, offering expert guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and human capital strategy.
- Drive the seamless execution of HR policies, frameworks, and corporate initiatives at the plant level.
- Manage end-to-end manpower planning, recruitment, and talent deployment to support continuous plant operations.
- Oversee industrial relations and employee relations, ensuring proactive conflict resolution and strict compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
- Lead performance management processes, talent reviews, and targeted learning and development interventions.
- Monitor key HR metrics and analytics to continuously improve workforce productivity and operational efficiency.
- Drive organizational change management initiatives and uphold the highest standards of HR governance.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years operating at a Head of Department level.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience within a plant or heavy manufacturing environment is strictly required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related Social Sciences discipline.
- Additional degrees or qualifications in Engineering or related technical fields will be an added advantage.
- Must be a certified Chartered HR practitioner holding active membership with CIPMN, SHRM, or CIPD.
