About the Role
Etex Group, an international leader in sustainable construction, is looking for a dynamic Plant Controller to join our leadership team in Nigeria. In this role, you will provide critical financial direction, oversee budgeting and resource allocation, and implement best practices to optimize site performance and support our commitment to innovation and employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Review, analyze, and report on the operational and financial performance of the plant, conducting variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with management to develop yearly operational plans, capital expenditure plans, and five-year market business strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with Etex Group guidelines, policies, and internal control frameworks.
- Deliver timely, high-quality financial reporting to group headquarters in adherence to accounting principles.
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP-based ERP systems and financial tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Solid understanding and professional experience in standard costing, cost accounting, and variance analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP ERP software and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Prior working experience within a manufacturing company environment.
- Exceptional analytical, planning, and organizational skills with strict attention to detail.
