We are seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. In this executive role, you will provide forward-looking financial insight, lead robust financial planning, optimize treasury operations, and ensure rigorous risk management and compliance to support our ongoing expansion and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for the finance function, aligning financial strategy, planning, and performance with corporate growth and expansion objectives.
  • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on major business expansion, investments, acquisitions, and capital allocation decisions.
  • Lead treasury and cash management activities to ensure effective liquidity planning, capital optimization, and financial risk mitigation.
  • Oversee comprehensive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analyses across business units.
  • Establish robust accounting policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks to maintain regulatory and statutory compliance.
  • Manage strategic relationships with financial institutions, investors, auditors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team capable of supporting commercial and operational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 15 years of cognate corporate finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior executive leadership role.
  • Mandatory membership in a recognized professional body such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA.
  • Strong commercial understanding of the indigenous Nigerian oil and gas and logistics sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, investment management, financial controls, and stakeholder engagement.
