We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Planning Officer - Infrastructure to drive our upcoming development projects and ensure seamless project execution from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate comprehensive infrastructure planning, project scheduling, and development proposals for real estate projects.
- Prepare detailed project reports, tracking metrics, and schedules to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Monitor ongoing construction and infrastructure activities to guarantee adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and various stakeholders to streamline project implementation.
- Identify potential operational bottlenecks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to keep developments on track.
- Manage multiple project priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Urban and Regional Planning, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in infrastructure planning, project planning, or construction.
- Demonstrated background working within the real estate, construction, or large-scale development sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure planning methodologies, regulatory standards, and development processes.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and written or verbal communication skills.
