About the Role
Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited is seeking a dynamic and resilient Pipelines Manager to join our Production Operations team in the Niger Delta. In this high-impact role, you will lead the end-to-end management of crude oil and gas pipeline systems, ensuring uninterrupted production evacuation, asset integrity, and security across the OML 30 asset.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee crude oil evacuation operations from OML 30 flow stations to export systems while minimizing production deferments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive pipeline integrity programs, including inline inspections, corrosion monitoring, and maintenance of the Pipeline Integrity Management System.
- Implement robust surveillance and loss prevention strategies in coordination with security agencies and host communities to combat illegal bunkering and vandalism.
- Manage alternative evacuation strategies, including barging operations and contingency planning during export system outages.
- Enforce strict HSSE standards, leading oil spill response, containment, and regulatory compliance with NUPRC and NOSDRA.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of pipeline engineers, technicians, and surveillance personnel across field locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Civil Engineering with COREN registration strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of pipeline operations experience within the upstream oil and gas sector, with proven expertise in Niger Delta onshore assets.
- Deep technical knowledge of pipeline integrity management, flow assurance, SCADA systems, and crude evacuation logistics.
