In this role, you will play a critical part in upholding our commitment to technical excellence, safety compliance, and operational integrity on all pipeline construction and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor project quality assurance and quality control procedures for pipeline construction and welding operations.
  • Conduct rigorous inspections, tests, and audits of pipeline materials, welding joints, and non-destructive testing (NDT) reports to ensure compliance with international standards and codes.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, material test certificates, and as-built records.
  • Liaise with third-party inspectors, clients, and regulatory authorities to address quality issues and facilitate successful project sign-offs.
  • Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines during all quality control activities on site.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on QA/QC experience in pipeline construction within the oil and gas sector.
  • Relevant certifications such as CSWIP, AWS, API (e.g., API 1104), or NDT Level II are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of international oil and gas industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
