About the Role
Food Concepts Plc, the proud owner of the iconic Chicken Republic brand, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Pie Production Support Officer to join our team in Kaduna. In this vital role, you will bridge the gap between production and administration, ensuring seamless daily operations within our manufacturing and quick service restaurant environment. You will be responsible for driving financial accuracy, managing robust inventory controls, and executing top-tier administrative functions that support our overarching mission to revolutionise the food sector in West Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Manage store documentation, process vendor invoices, and handle inter-store transfers using company ERP and SAP systems.
- Supervise stock movement from initial receipt to final utilization, ensuring absolute accuracy and updating physical bin cards alongside digital records.
- Collaborate with the finance department to generate timely management reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) and Gross Profit (GP) reports.
- Monitor petty cash floats, reconcile Daily Sales Analysis (DSA), and coordinate monthly stock-taking exercises.
- Oversee general administrative tasks, including HR documentation collection, safety compliance checks, and vendor communication.
- Ensure real-time production tracking, daily stock variance reporting, and accurate stock requisitions.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative, inventory, or production support role, preferably within the Food and Beverage or QSR industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems or SAP for financial and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Membership in the Hospitality Professional Certification (HORECAB) or other relevant bodies is an added advantage.
