Food Concepts Plc, the parent company of the iconic Chicken Republic brand, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pie Production Assistant Supervisor to join our growing operations in Nigeria. As a leader in the West African Quick Service Restaurant sector, we are dedicated to operational excellence, food safety, and delivering extraordinary satisfaction to our customers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our pie production lines, maintaining strict quality standards, and driving efficiency to support our rapid expansion across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily production and processing operations to ensure seamless manufacturing workflows.
- Attend pre-production meetings with production staff to establish and achieve daily volume targets.
- Maintain defined product specifications, quality standards, and strict hygiene compliance during operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in operating efficiencies and structures to adapt to dynamic market demands.
- Implement total quality management systems and uphold ISO 22000-2018 quality standards for food safety.
- Manage stock levels effectively, including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Oversee plant assets, monitor machinery maintenance schedules, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- A good first degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Food and Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar production role within the Food Industry or FMCG sector.
- Active membership in the Association for Operations Management or other relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of food safety management systems, quality manufacturing standards, and plant maintenance.
