Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive laboratory tests and chemical analyses on various beverage samples.
- Ensure that all quality indicators strictly meet company and industry standards.
- Issue detailed testing, analysis, and compliance reports promptly.
- Regularly visit the production workshop to collect representative samples for active inspection.
- Safeguard product stability, hygiene, and safety throughout the entire manufacturing process.
- Maintain accurate data recording and documentation of all quality control activities.
- HND or Bachelor degree in Food Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Solid practical knowledge of laboratory operations and standard testing methods.
- Ability to independently complete sample analysis and meticulous data recording.
- High level of attention to detail, scientific rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a production team.
