Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire PET bottled water production line independently, ensuring seamless daily operations and adherence to production targets.
- Organize and schedule production runs in alignment with established company workflows, demand forecasts, and quality assurance standards.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot technical bottlenecks, and coordinate routine maintenance with the engineering team to minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations as well as local regulatory standards within the factory floor.
- Supervise, train, and mentor production personnel to foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate production logs, waste reports, and inventory records to support strategic operational decision-making.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma in Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Proven professional experience working as a Production Manager specifically within a bottled water or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Comprehensive and practical familiarity with PET water line machinery, blow molding, filling, and packaging processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently manage shift operations, motivate staff, and solve problems proactively.
