About the Role

Caring Habitat is a premier 40-bed rehabilitation center dedicated to restoring patient health and guiding individuals from dependent to independent living. We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Physiotherapist currently undergoing their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program to join our dynamic clinical team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in patient recovery, utilizing evidence-based practices to deliver exceptional care in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough physiotherapy consultations for both inpatient and outpatient demographics.
  • Perform initial clinical reviews for prospective patient admissions and propose comprehensive physiotherapy care plans.
  • Facilitate daily, structured physiotherapy sessions tailored to individual patient recovery milestones.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation for all patient interactions.
  • Prepare detailed clinical reports, progress trackers, and patient discharge summaries.
  • Compile targeted physiotherapy reports to support management decision-making and facility growth.
  • Execute additional clinical and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree.
  • Currently serving as an NYSC Corp Member (Corper).
  • Valid Practicing License from the Medical Rehabilitation Board of Nigeria is preferred.
  • Reside within or around the Ajah, Lekki axis of Lagos State for seamless commuting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-management skills.
