About the Role
Westcare Specialist Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic clinical team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping patients recover mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall quality of life through expert physical therapy interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients comprehensively and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific recovery needs.
- Provide targeted physiotherapy treatments, manual therapy, and supervised rehabilitation exercises.
- Monitor, evaluate, and meticulously document patients’ clinical progress over time.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, proper mobility techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and strictly uphold professional healthcare and ethical standards.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physiotherapy from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of active clinical experience as a physiotherapist.
- Must possess a valid practicing license and registration with the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board of Nigeria (MRTB).
- Prior hospital or clinical environment experience is a strong added advantage.
