About the Role
Gramaze Healthcare is a registered, technology-driven home healthcare organisation and digital coordination platform based in Nigeria. We specialize in connecting families, qualified caregivers, and medical professionals through integrated technological workflows, ensuring clinical care delivery is structured, transparent, and highly personalized. We are currently looking for compassionate and skilled Physiotherapists to join our growing team on a full-time or flexible basis.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patient physical conditions and develop customized, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Deliver professional in-home physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall wellness.
- Monitor patient progress continuously and adjust rehabilitation programs as needed for optimal recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on home-based exercises, pain management techniques, and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary healthcare teams through our digital coordination platform to ensure holistic patient management.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital patient records and clinical documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Possession of a valid Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) license or a recognized care-giving/physiotherapy certificate.
- Proven clinical experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or home-based patient care.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and empathetic patient-handling skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital tools, mobile apps, and telemedicine platforms for seamless workflow coordination.
- Ability to travel independently to assigned patient locations within Nigeria.
