About the Role

Gramaze Healthcare is a registered, technology-driven home healthcare organisation and digital coordination platform based in Nigeria. We specialize in connecting families, qualified caregivers, and medical professionals through integrated technological workflows, ensuring clinical care delivery is structured, transparent, and highly personalized. We are currently expanding our team and looking for passionate professionals to fill four Physiotherapist slots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients physical conditions and design comprehensive, personalized physiotherapy treatment plans.
  • Deliver in-home physiotherapy services adhering to the highest clinical and safety standards.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as necessary, and document all interventions on our digital coordination platform.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle modifications to aid recovery.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals and caregivers within the Gramaze network.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid MDCN license or a recognized care-giving certification.
  • Proven practical experience in physiotherapy or home-based clinical care.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills when dealing with patients and families.
  • Ability to navigate digital tools, apps, and technology platforms efficiently.
  • High standards of professionalism, punctuality, and dedication to patient wellness.
