About the Role

Zamfara State Government invites applications from qualified and experienced Physiotherapists to join our healthcare workforce. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities and injuries
  • Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation treatment plans
  • Conduct therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols accordingly
  • Maintain comprehensive clinical records and documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Perform shift duties and respond to emergency assignments as required
  • Educate patients on injury prevention and self-management strategies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent recognised degree
  • Valid Registration Certificate from the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Registration Board of Nigeria (MRTB)
  • Completion of mandatory internship programme
  • NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate
  • Valid National Identification Number (NIN)
  • Age between 18 and 40 years
  • Must be an indigene of Zamfara State
  • Medically and physically fit for employment
  • No criminal record or history of dismissal from public service
