In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying learning barriers, breaking down complex physics concepts, and helping students reach their maximum potential.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive physics lessons to students in alignment with the approved curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Identify individual learning barriers and implement effective strategies to overcome them.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school-wide extracurricular activities.
- Prepare students adequately for internal and external examinations.
- Possession of a B.Ed., B.Sc. (with PGDE), or other relevant academic and professional qualifications.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of verifiable teaching experience in a reputable school setting.
- Strong command of the subject matter with a proven track record of excellent student outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
