Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality Physics lessons to secondary school students in line with the approved curriculum.
- Design comprehensive lesson plans, practical laboratory experiments, and assessments to measure student progress.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking and curiosity.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and targeted support where necessary.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school-sponsored extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavioral development.
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor's degree in Physics, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
- Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in integrating modern teaching aids and technology into classroom instruction.
