Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Physics lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and individualized support when necessary.
- Design and supervise practical laboratory experiments to enhance students' empirical understanding of Physics concepts.
- Participate actively in school-wide events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance.
- Minimum of an NCE or B.Ed in Physics or a closely related educational field.
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized secondary school setting.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional classroom management abilities with a student-centered approach.
