Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, comprehensive, and well-structured Economics lessons to senior secondary students following the approved curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to ensure academic success.
- Create a stimulating, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and active participation.
- Prepare students effectively for external examinations through regular quizzes, tests, and mock exams.
- Participate actively in school meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development, character building, and spiritual growth of each student.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in Economics, Education, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A relevant teaching certification (such as TRCN, PGDE, or B.Ed) is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience teaching Economics at the secondary school level with a track record of excellent academic results.
- Demonstrated strong pedagogical skills, classroom management abilities, and deep educational professionalism.
