Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Physics lessons to secondary school students in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Design and conduct practical laboratory experiments to enhance students' understanding of physical principles.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and Christ-centered classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and curiosity.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Education, or a related field with a relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for teaching, child development, and fostering moral values in students.
- Previous teaching experience in a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
