Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver comprehensive, engaging lectures on various physics topics using innovative teaching methods.
- Supervise students during laboratory work, ensuring strict adherence to lab safety protocols and teaching the scientific method.
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, homework assignments, and innovative school projects within the curriculum area.
- Maintain accurate student attendance records, grades, and continuous assessments while managing classroom discipline.
- Facilitate student learning through guided inquiry, investigations, problem-solving, and interactive discussions.
- Prepare students effectively for external examinations and academic competitions.
- Collaborate with colleagues on syllabus development, teaching strategies, schemes of work, and staff professional development programs.
- Assess, record, and report on student progress, development, and attainment to parents and school management.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master's degree in Physics or a related science discipline.
- Relevant teaching certification is strictly required.
- Proven experience in teaching physics at the high school level is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with diverse, modern teaching styles.
