Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, creative, and child-centred phonics and literacy lessons to young pupils.
- Support pupils academically while intentionally fostering character development and self-confidence.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers and school staff to achieve school-wide academic goals.
- Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, integrity, punctuality, and accountability at all times.
- Remain receptive to feedback and actively participate in continuous professional growth opportunities.
- Possession of an NCE, B.Ed, B.A, or B.Sc in Education or a relevant field.
- Relevant prior teaching experience, specifically in phonics and early years education, is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated strong passion for teaching and holistic child development.
