Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive phonetics and diction lessons tailored to early years and primary students.
- Develop innovative teaching materials and resources to improve students' reading, pronunciation, and listening skills.
- Assess student progress regularly, identifying areas for improvement and providing individualized support.
- Collaborate with other educators to integrate phonetics across the core literacy and language curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active student participation.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student development, phonemic awareness, and reading milestones.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education, NCE, or relevant academic qualifications in English Language, Linguistics, or Education.
- Proven teaching experience in phonetics, diction, or early childhood literacy within a reputable school.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral and clear accent.
- Strong passion for child development, early literacy, and creative education methodologies.
