Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures, practical laboratory sessions, and seminars in various physiotherapy modules.
  • Design, update, and evaluate curriculum content to meet modern industry and academic standards.
  • Supervise undergraduate student research projects, clinical placements, and practical assessments.
  • Conduct impactful research, publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, and contribute to the university academic profile.
  • Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and accreditation exercises.

Qualifications
  • Possess a minimum of a Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a closely related field from a recognized institution (a Ph.D. will be an added advantage).
  • Current registration and valid practicing license with the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board of Nigeria (MRTB).
  • Demonstrated experience in university-level teaching, research, and curriculum development.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
