About the Role
FABOTAS College of Health Sciences and Technology (FCHST), a premier private health institution located in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmacy Technician to support our mission of training top-tier middle-level health professionals. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing pharmaceutical operations, supporting academic and practical training sessions, and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of healthcare practice.
Key Responsibilities- Dispense medications accurately under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock replenishment, storage, and expiration tracking.
- Assist in practical laboratory and clinical training sessions for students.
- Maintain accurate records of pharmaceutical supplies and patient interactions.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards set by governing bodies.
- Provide excellent customer service and health education to students, staff, and patients.
- Utilize ICT systems for electronic record-keeping and pharmacy management tasks.
- Possession of a National Diploma (ND) in Pharmacy Technician.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of cognate working experience in a recognized health facility or institution.
- Must be fully registered with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Possession of a valid and current practising licence.
- Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and pharmacy software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
