About the Role
Akiavic Blue Roof Hotel, a prestigious family-run boutique hotel located at 237 Brigadier Ademulegun Road in Ondo City, Ondo State, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Personnel. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay with us. Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in accordance with hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities such as towels, toiletries, and complementary items.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them promptly to management.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing hotel linens and uniforms.
- Respond promptly and courteously to special guest requests and complaints regarding housekeeping services.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines across all assigned areas of the hotel.
- Possess relevant educational qualifications and proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and hotel staff.
- Ability to work efficiently, manage time effectively, and handle physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties.
