About the Role
Unim Healthcare Pharmacy is a full-service community healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional medical solutions, patient care, and affordable generic medicines. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team in Cross River State. In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist to ensure the efficient, accurate, and safe daily operation of our pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Pharmacist in preparing, accurately labeling, and dispensing prescription medications and over-the-counter products.
- Receive, unpack, and systematically arrange pharmaceutical supplies while monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or expired items.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure all products are stored under optimal temperature and environmental conditions.
- Provide polite, professional customer service, addressing inquiries, assisting with product selection, and directing clinical concerns to the Pharmacist.
- Maintain precise records of sales, stock movement, and patient information while upholding strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure the pharmacy workspace remains clean, organized, and fully compliant with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proven experience working as a Pharmacy Technician or in a similar retail pharmacy environment.
- Must currently reside within Cross River State or be willing to relocate.
- Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and inventory management practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and composure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
