About the Role

mPharma is seeking a driven and passionate Junior Associate Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in clinical service delivery, inventory management, and digital pharmacy operations, helping us revolutionize healthcare delivery across Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, coordinate supply orders, and ensure orderly storage areas.
  • Supervise and lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to guarantee correct medication packaging and dispensing.
  • Verify and dispense prescriptions to ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Verify legitimate prescriptions for all home-delivery requests prior to medication dispatch.
  • Oversee logistics operations to guarantee timely and reliable medication deliveries to patients.
  • Contribute to the development and management of drug formularies for digital platforms including mymutti.com.
  • Enhance the digital customer experience by resolving complaints, troubleshooting platform issues, and tracking product availability.
  • Support marketing initiatives by assisting with content calendars, supervising creative artwork, and scheduling posts.
  • Provide professional clinical counseling to patients through our dedicated call center channels.
  • Perform other assigned duties in alignment with company goals and departmental needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Must possess a valid, current practicing license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
  • At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience working in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with prior experience managing pharmacy teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in English.
  • Solid proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
