In this role, you will play a vital part in streamlining medication ordering processes, enhancing provider relations, and ensuring our health benefits reach individuals and families efficiently across Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Support the pharmacy operations team to drive daily operational efficiency and resolve medication ordering issues promptly.
- Drive the adoption of Wellahealth operational processes and pharmacy-facing products and services.
- Onboard new healthcare providers, including pharmacies and laboratories, while managing ongoing relationships with an assigned cohort.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives across the entire Wellahealth provider network.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program with a valid discharge or exemption certificate.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with healthcare providers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and digital tools for data tracking and operational reporting.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
