Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in pharmacy courses in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment methods to reflect current industry standards and best practices.
- Supervise student research projects, laboratory practicals, and clinical or community pharmacy postings.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through examinations, continuous assessments, and practical evaluations.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and college-wide academic committees.
- Provide academic advising and career mentorship to pharmacy students.
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to institutional research and community health outreach programs.
- Possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from a recognized and accredited university.
- Must possess a valid and current professional practicing license with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Demonstrate 3 to 5 years of cognate teaching or academic experience within a recognized higher education institution.
- Proficiency in ICT tools, e-learning platforms, and modern instructional delivery methods.
