About the Role
Castville Solutions is seeking a sound, competent, and dedicated Pharmacist / Pharmacy Services Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in reshaping healthcare delivery by providing exceptional pharmaceutical care and enhancing therapeutic outcomes for patients in our partner healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily pharmacy operations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to improve patient therapeutic outcomes and care quality.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy management.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, oversee drug stock levels, and coordinate prompt procurement.
- Counsel patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and overall health management.
- Minimum of a B.Pharm or PharmD degree from a recognized institution.
- Must possess 3 to 5 years of post-NYSC clinical and retail pharmacy experience.
- Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge with exceptional patient-care and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities coupled with high professionalism.
- Must reside in or around Yaba, Lagos, for easy commute to the workplace.
- Competitive monthly salary of N300,000.
- Paid annual leave of 2 weeks per year.
- Attractive annual leave allowance amounting to 50% of the monthly salary.
