We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Doctor with mid-level experience to join our healthcare network in Nigeria. In this role, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients, perform comprehensive evaluations, and develop effective treatment plans. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient consultations, including detailed medical history reviews and comprehensive physical examinations.
- Diagnose medical conditions accurately and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Prescribe and administer medications, treatments, and therapies in strict accordance with current medical guidelines.
- Interpret diagnostic test results, such as laboratory tests and imaging studies, to inform critical clinical decisions.
- Monitor patient recovery progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide continuous follow-up care.
- Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including nurses and specialists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely medical records in full compliance with legal and ethical healthcare standards.
- Medical degree (MBBS or MD) from an accredited and recognized institution.
- Valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of active clinical experience in a recognized hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
- Strong diagnostic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills under high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and digital healthcare tools.
