About the Role

EHA Clinics is a world-class primary healthcare service provider in Nigeria, committed to bridging the gap between patients and quality medical services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering optimal patient-centric care by ensuring rational medicine usage, supplying quality medications, and providing expert pharmaceutical counseling within our technologically advanced clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispense medications accurately based on physicians' prescriptions while ensuring appropriateness and legality.
  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including patient needs assessment, drug therapy monitoring, and identification of adverse drug reactions.
  • Offer empathetic patient and family education, interpreting symptoms for immediate treatment or appropriate doctor referrals.
  • Maintain an efficient, well-organized pharmacy and manage an up-to-date automated inventory of the clinic's drug formulary.
  • Review, develop, and implement clinic pharmacy policies, regulations, and infection-control protocols.
  • Participate in community health activities and continuously update pharmacological knowledge through professional development.

Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or PharmD).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of post-NYSC progressive experience in pharmacy across the private or public sector.
  • Valid practicing license and current registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
  • Strong understanding of public health systems and clinical risk management.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
