About the Role
Tonia Pharmacy Limited is a fast-growing pharmaceutical services company committed to making quality, affordable, and life-enhancing products accessible to all while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. We are currently looking for a professional and client-focused Pharmacist to join our dedicated team on a full-time, on-site basis in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications while adhering to all regulatory and safety standards.
- Provide comprehensive counseling to patients on proper drug usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Review incoming prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and oversee optimal storage conditions for all pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to support community health education and wellness initiatives.
- Assist customers with health-related inquiries, promoting the responsible use of medicines and healthcare products.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Must possess full professional registration and a valid, current practicing license with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria.
- Proven clinical practice experience in a community pharmacy or retail healthcare setting.
- Strong working knowledge of pharmacology, dosage calculations, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems, stock control, and digital record-keeping.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with high ethical standards.
