About the Role
One Stop Pharmacy and Stores is a vibrant community pharmacy and retail store located in Ushafa, Abuja, dedicated to providing genuine medications, quality skincare, beauty products, and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a qualified, passionate, and customer-oriented Pharmacist to join our professional healthcare team. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting community health and wellness by delivering accurate pharmaceutical services and expert health guidance in a friendly, compliant, and supportive retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications accurately, safely, and efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive counseling and medication guidance to customers to ensure proper usage and positive health outcomes.
- Assess, advise, and manage minor ailments within the recognized scope of community pharmacy practice.
- Ensure the proper storage, handling, and meticulous documentation of all pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor inventory stock levels, track expiry dates, and manage controlled medicines in accordance with legal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient and pharmacy records.
- Support day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure strict compliance with all regulatory standards set by health authorities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute positively to a professional and welcoming pharmacy atmosphere.
- Leverage knowledge of skincare and cosmeceuticals to recommend suitable beauty and wellness products to customers.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from a recognized institution.
- Must be a registered Pharmacist with a valid and current Practicing Licence from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Previous practical experience working in a community pharmacy or retail setting is required.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of prescription drugs, OTC medicines, and pharmacology.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
- High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and strict adherence to professional ethics.
- Prior knowledge or interest in skincare and cosmeceutical products will be considered a distinct advantage.
