About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest standards of medication safety, clinical care, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Dispense medications accurately, provide expert drug counseling to patients, and monitor usage patterns for effective inventory re-stocking.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians, locum pharmacists, interns, and industrial trainees while maintaining strict security of the pharmacy.
- Collaborate closely with medical and nursing staff on the wards to optimize patient treatments, advise on medicine selection, and ensure proper dosage administration.
- Conduct periodic stock-taking, estimate drug purchase values, utilize stock management software, and manage emergency medication shortages.
- Monitor prescriptions, perform medicine reconciliation, report adverse drug effects, and practice proactive pharmacovigilance.
- Maintain full compliance with relevant regulatory authorities, including annual pharmacy license renewals and medical fitness certifications.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of cognate clinical or retail pharmacy experience.
- Current practicing license and good standing with relevant regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency in computer operations and pharmacy management software.
