About the Role
De Santiago Milan Hotel and Suites, a premier luxury hospitality destination known for elegance and superior service, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Doctor to join our Lagos Medical Division. In this role, you will provide top-tier clinical care, ensure the health and safety of our corporate staff and their dependents, and uphold the highest standards of medical practice under the supervision of the Senior Medical Officer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily operational medical availability for a minimum of 8 hours per day, managing consultations, accurate diagnoses, and treatments for staff, dependents, and authorized contractors.
- Conduct twice-daily reviews of in-house hospitalized cases and coordinate specialist referrals following international best practices.
- Deliver patient counseling, oversee annual medical checks for spouses and retirees, and maintain strict confidentiality across all health records.
- Submit detailed monthly activity reports to the Lagos Senior Medical Officer and participate actively in healthcare planning and division programs.
- Ensure full compliance with the Medical and Dental Council regulations and company policies while managing external referral center relations.
- Must hold an MBBS degree with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience, including specialized background in Emergency Medicine.
- Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge of global medical issues and healthcare trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and professional networking skills.
- Valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
