About the Role
Gramaze Healthcare is a registered, technology-driven home healthcare organization and digital coordination platform based in Nigeria. We specialize in connecting families, qualified caregivers, and medical professionals through integrated technological workflows, ensuring clinical care delivery is structured, transparent, and highly personalized. We are currently looking for four dynamic and dedicated Pharmacists to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert pharmaceutical care and medication counseling to patients within a home healthcare setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical professionals to ensure safe and effective medication management.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriate dosage, and potential drug interactions.
- Maintain accurate digital records of medication dispensing and patient consultations through our proprietary platform.
- Educate patients and their families on proper medication usage, storage, and potential side effects.
- Possession of a valid Pharmacist license from the appropriate regulatory body in Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of clinical pharmacy practice and patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
