Zamfara State Government is recruiting licensed pharmacists to join its healthcare workforce. Key Responsibilities- Dispense medications accurately and safely in accordance with prescriptions and pharmaceutical regulations
- Provide professional pharmaceutical advice to patients and healthcare professionals
- Manage pharmacy inventory, stock control, and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) standards and guidelines
- Undertake shift duties, emergency assignments, and other healthcare responsibilities as required
- Maintain detailed pharmaceutical records and documentation
- Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to optimise patient outcomes
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognised institution
- Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) Registration Certificate with valid practising licence
- Completed mandatory one-year internship in a PCN-approved institution
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate
- Valid National Identification Number (NIN)
- Must be an indigene of Zamfara State
- Age between 18 and 40 years
- Medically and physically fit with no criminal record
- Recent passport photograph and birth certificate
- Local Government Indigene Certificate or Certificate of State of Origin
- Academic qualification and professional registration certificates
- Internship completion and NYSC documentation
