We are currently recruiting a skilled and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations for our reputable client in the pharmaceutical sector. In this vital role, you will ensure that all production processes meet the highest internal and external quality standards while optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day pharmaceutical production operations, workflows, and shift schedules to meet market demand.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate production floor staff to foster a high-performance work culture.
  • Monitor raw material inventory levels, manage supplies, and coordinate equipment maintenance to prevent disruptions.
  • Analyze production data, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and periodically review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance departments to optimize output.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Chemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive supervisory experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of cGMP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industrial safety standards.
  • Proven expertise in production scheduling, inventory control, and operational data analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must possess verifiable hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production to be considered.
