Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities to ensure their comfort, dignity, and personal hygiene needs are fully met.
- Accurately measure, monitor, and record patient vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration rates.
- Provide reliable support to nurses and doctors during various clinical examinations and medical procedures.
- Safely transport patients between different departments within the healthcare facility for appointments and treatments.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized clinical environment adhering strictly to health and safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to patient call bells and report any significant changes in patient condition to the medical staff immediately.
- Perform other ancillary nursing and administrative duties as assigned by the facility management.
- Minimum of an HND in any health-related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of proven working experience in a hospital, clinic, or related healthcare setting.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Highly compassionate, reliable, patient-focused, and capable of working collaboratively in a team.
- Demonstrated ability to follow strict medical instructions and work effectively under professional supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for recording patient data and utilizing electronic health management systems.
