Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end operations of the PET bottled water production line independently.
- Organize daily production schedules in alignment with established company targets and market demands.
- Monitor production workflows to identify bottlenecks, optimize efficiency, and minimize operational downtime.
- Enforce stringent quality control standards across all stages of water purification, bottling, and packaging.
- Supervise, train, and mentor floor staff, machine operators, and junior technicians to foster a high-performance work culture.
- Ensure routine maintenance of machinery is conducted proactively to extend equipment lifespan and prevent sudden failures.
- Maintain comprehensive production logs, inventory records, and safety compliance reports for management review.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing PET water line production within the beverage or FMCG industry in Nigeria.
- Comprehensive knowledge of bottled water production processes, water treatment systems, blow molding, and automated packaging workflows.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make critical operational decisions independently.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Familiarity with Nigerian industrial safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
