About the Role
Viju Industries Nigeria Limited, a renowned and leading player in the Nigerian beverage production industry, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Blow-Fill-Seal Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this critical technical role, you will ensure the seamless operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of our fully automatic blow-fill-seal production lines to meet high-volume output and strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and control fully automatic blow-fill-seal equipment such as Krones and Sidel machines efficiently.
- Perform routine and emergency electrical and mechanical maintenance to minimize production downtime.
- Conduct regular quality checks on containers and filled products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical faults swiftly and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to achieve daily output targets.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on operation and maintenance experience with fully automatic blow-fill-seal equipment.
- Proven technical knowledge and practical experience in handling electrical systems and industrial machinery.
- Relevant certification, Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
