Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the entire PET bottled water production line from start to finish independently.
- Organize daily production schedules in alignment with established company output targets and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot technical bottlenecks, and coordinate prompt maintenance with the engineering team.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols across all manufacturing stages.
- Supervise, train, and mentor production floor staff to foster a culture of high productivity and accountability.
- Analyze production reports to identify areas for waste reduction, cost efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing PET bottled water production lines within the beverage industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of blow moulding, filling, labeling, and packaging machinery workflows.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience managing factory floor personnel.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for product quality and safety compliance.
