We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Personal & Executive Assistant to work directly with our founder. Key Responsibilities- Manage the founder's calendar, travel arrangements, appointments, and critical daily reminders.
- Coordinate business initiatives, projects, and follow-ups from the ideation stage through execution.
- Support strategic planning, market research, and overall business growth initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate brand events, activations, and customer engagement activities.
- Supervise and coordinate team members across various departments as required.
- Handle procurement tasks, supplier coordination, and inventory tracking.
- Prepare professional presentations, detailed reports, and internal documentation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple business entities.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar operational support role.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, resourceful, and self-starting mindset.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to switch effortlessly between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
