About the Role

The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director is a critical executive support role that ensures the smooth functioning of the Managing Director's office. You will manage high-level administrative tasks, coordinate strategic communications, and support the execution of key business priorities through exceptional organizational excellence and professional discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules with precision
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes with action tracking
  • Handle executive correspondence, draft professional communications, and serve as liaison between MD and stakeholders
  • Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and prepare weekly progress reports for leadership review
  • Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, company events, and executive engagements
