About the Role
The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director is a critical executive support role that ensures the smooth functioning of the Managing Director's office. You will manage high-level administrative tasks, coordinate strategic communications, and support the execution of key business priorities through exceptional organizational excellence and professional discretion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules with precision
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes with action tracking
- Handle executive correspondence, draft professional communications, and serve as liaison between MD and stakeholders
- Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and prepare weekly progress reports for leadership review
- Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, company events, and executive engagements
- Maintain confidential records, ensure proper document management, and support filing systems
- Track completion of action items and escalate delays or risks as necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional fluency
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated follow-through on complex tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoho Workplace applications
