We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and well-connected Talent Scout to help us discover, nurture, and launch aspiring creative talents into the global spotlight. Key Responsibilities- Scout and identify fresh, marketable faces and creative talents across various platforms, events, and communities in Nigeria.
- Conduct initial assessments, interviews, and test shoots for prospective models and talents.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse talent profiles for local and international placements.
- Collaborate with the training and development department to prep candidates for industry standards.
- Represent Epheezy Model Management at industry events, casting calls, and networking functions.
- Keep abreast of current fashion, modeling, and entertainment industry trends.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience working as a talent scout, casting associate, or in a similar role within the modeling or entertainment industry.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian creative and modeling landscape, particularly in Lagos.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
- Strong eye for aesthetics, diversity, and market potential.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
