About the Role

Alan & Grant is recruiting a Personal Assistant on behalf of our client, an innovative real estate development company dedicated to resolving the housing deficit in Africa. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and confidential support to ensure the efficient operation of the Managing Director's office in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently.
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and corporate correspondence.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track action items.
  • Coordinate seamless local and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the MD and internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners.
  • Follow up on delegated tasks across departments to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain highly organized physical and digital records, files, and confidential documents.
  • Assist in monitoring key real estate projects, operational activities, and property transaction documentation.
  • Track contracts, regulatory approvals, and project milestones proactively.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and thrive under pressure.
