About the Role
Elizabeth Maddeux Limited is a leading human resource solutions provider dedicated to empowering small and medium-scale enterprises across diverse industries, including finance, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and retail. We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team in Egbeda, Lagos State. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless daily operations by delivering top-tier administrative coordination, executive support, and creative content assistance to management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reliable day-to-day administrative and personal assistance to executive management.
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, appointments, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, corporate events, internal tasks, and special projects to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Prepare professional presentations, detailed reports, business documents, and meeting materials.
- Create and edit engaging basic graphics and visual content tailored for social media and corporate communications.
- Support the strategic planning, creation, and management of social media content to boost brand visibility.
- Act as a primary point of contact, coordinating seamlessly with internal staff, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience working as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or administrative support specialist, preferably within a pharmaceutical or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of various social media platforms and content management practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or equivalent software.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 200,000.
