About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated and resourceful Personal Assistant to join our growing team and provide seamless administrative support to our executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating executive travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive medical and corporate information with the utmost discretion and professional integrity.
  • Screen phone calls, manage inquiries, and act as a reliable point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure swift retrieval of important company documents.
  • Exercise strong initiative to anticipate executive needs and resolve day-to-day administrative challenges proactively.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and general office computing equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
  • Must possess a valid, clean driver's license and be willing to relocate as required by company operations.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with minimal supervision.
